Greater London Authority - Royal Docks Team, Senior Development Manager

Development, planning and regeneration specialist with an architectural background and passion for delivering high quality and liveable places in London. I am a Senior Development Manager in the Royal Docks Team, a joint initiative between the Mayor of London and Mayor of Newham, and manage strategic development sites in the West of the Royal Docks. These include Silvertown Quays, a 50-acre mixed use site in the heart of the Enterprise Zone, and Thameside West, a 5000 home scheme with the re-provision of industrial space fronting the river Thames and a new four acre park over the future Silvertown Tunnel. I also sit on the GLA Housing and Land Design Steering Group and advocates for high quality design across all projects. Skills include: • Strategic masterplanning and design review • Mixed use typologies including residential and industrial co-location • Development partner procurement and contract negotiation • Unlocking strategic infrastructure projects

Having Benefitted From Some Excellent Mentoring In The Past (initially Through Future Of London Leader Plus And Then Arranged Privately Through Networks) I Appreciate How Helpful Having Someone To Speak To About Work, Progression And Troubleshooting Can Be.
