Worked at Metropolitan Housing Trust ( now know as Metropolitan Thames Valley) as Director of the largest affordable shares ownership and equity loans team in the country, set up the first one stop shops for sales for the then DCLG/ Mayor of London and later Homes England as well as set up the first post sales agency for Homes England winning the contract on three consecutive competitive tender competitions. Assisted over 15, 000 families into home ownership while working on large regeneration estates and pioneering a social commercial approach to rent arrear management with lenders CIM qualified in marketing with a focus on getting people and cross team working relations delivering improvements and getting things done on time to budget. I have been involved in many sector reviews groups and was chair of the NHF home ownership advisory panel and London Home Ownership group . I am currently a judge on the NFA affordable housing awards. For the last three years I have been a consultant, shaping strategy and operation services for local authorities and housing associations and this included coaching and mentoring services. Passionate to make a difference, I believe building confidence and helping people achieve their potential is Invaluable and has positive impacts on work and home the current environment, mentoring has probably become more important than direct line management in terms of personal development.

I Am Now At A Stage In My Career Where I Want To Help Others And Feel I Have Both The Skills And The Time To Do This . I Have Been Fortunate To Have Over Thirty Years Experience In A Socially Commercial Role And Have Worked Across The Uk But Primarily In London. I Understand The Mechanical Of Initial Feasibility Through To Supporting Customers Who Are Settled Or In Need.
